Returns, refunds, and exchange procedures

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used dietary supplements. Once the product seal is broken, the item is not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers

3. Defective or Damaged Products

3.1 Reporting Defects

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at touch@thakreonghel.world. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage.

3.2 Resolution

For verified defective or damaged products, we will offer:

  • A full refund, including original shipping costs
  • A replacement product at no additional charge
  • Store credit for future purchases

4. How to Initiate a Return

4.2 Required Information

Please provide the following information in your return request:

  • Order number
  • Product name and quantity

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Return shipping address
  • Instructions for packaging and shipping

Do not return products without a return authorization number, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

5. Return Shipping

5.1 Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Our error in fulfilling the order

5.2 Shipping Method

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

To request an exchange:

  • Return the original product following our return procedures
  • We will ship the exchange item once we receive and inspect the return

8. Cancellations

8.1 Order Cancellation

8.2 Cancellation Refunds

Cancelled orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
